With more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience in 2023 Jeanette “JJ” Fox founded JFox Consulting to fill the gap she saw in efficient inventory management in multi location brands.
Specifically, after serving in roles such as General Manager, Director of Catering, Director of Training, JJ realized that culinary institutions could be much more effective and efficient in utilizing software and industry knowledge to build, maintain and manage recipes and inventory without jeopardizing time, resources and financial losses.
As a result, JJ seized the opportunity to offer her knowledge and expertise in this field, offering her unique services to the restaurant industry.
